Historic Hotel near Yosemite National Park

Dear Guests,

Our goal as a hospitality leader is more vital than ever during these times. Sharing experiences, kindness & love is at the heart of what we do. While for many that will be limited in a physical or in person sense for a time period, we remain open for now to serve those conducting essential business in our area. With compassion and kindness, we will get through this together.

With your health & safety in mind, we are amending our policies, procedures & practices during the global Covid-19 situation. We are currently running our business somewhat remotely to limit the amount of physical contact that occurs.  We are available by phone 24/7 and can be of assistance immediately if needed by a guest in the hotel.   During this time our policies & operations may change without notice. While we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause we are doing so with your well-being in mind and at the advice of our state & local governments along with public health officials & CDC.

We are raising our already high standards of cleanliness with enhanced practices and have implemented these extra measures to keep our guests and team as healthy and safe as possible:

    • Team members are required to wash their hands upon arrival for work and to frequently wash their hands during their shift
    • As we have always done, our food prep team wears latex clothes when handling food and dishes
    • Door knobs, stair banister, locks, light switches, remotes, bathroom fixtures, and other commonly touched areas are wiped down with disinfecting wipes twice daily
    • When cleaning a room, all dirty linen is removed and the room is disinfected/cleaned prior to clean linens and towels being taken into the room
    • Should a team member feel ill, he/she would be sent home to recuperate before returning to work.
    • Increased deployment and use of hand sanitizer
    • As temperatures allow, rooms are aired out and ventilated

In the meantime, share a smile, make plans for the future, dream a little bit more. Hopefully this passes and underscores what we already know to be true: when humanity faces the crisis of terrorism or natural disasters or even Covid-19, our collective spirit is unbreakable and we will rise together again.

Sending you our love,

Doug & Jenn, Innkeepers
