Rates:  $145 - $285 Room and Suite rates are based on double occupancy and include an Innkeeper's Breakfast buffet.  Additional charges include $15.00 per night for children 12 years & younger, $25.00 for children 12 years and older.  8% Occupancy Room Tax and $3.00 per night energy surcharge apply.

Check-In time is 2:00 pm. The Guest Services Desk can check your bags earlier if you desire.

Check-Out time is 12:00 noon. If you wish to keep your room beyond this time, please call the Guest Services Desk for a possible extension for storage of your luggage.

Children and Infants:  There is a $15.00 charge per child under 12 years of age. We offer cribs at no additional cost.

Pets:  We love pets, so yours are welcome here.  We charge a nominal fee of $10.00 per animal per night.  For your pet's use, we provide a granny quilt, a two-bowl pet dish and a bedtime treat.

Smoking:  Smoking is permitted outside only.  A $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged for violation of this policy.

Payment Guarantee:  Rooms must be guaranteed by credit card for a minimum of one night.  We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, Traveler's checks and cash.

Online Availability and Reservations:  A secure, encrypted server is ready to take your reservation.  Click here for reservations.  Online requests will be confirmed via email within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy:  A $25.00 processing fee applies on all reservations up to 6:00 pm, 48 hours prior to the reservation arrival, unless rescheduled at the time of cancellation - one time only.  Full rate is charged with less than a 48-hour notice unless the room is re-booked. If re-booked, a $25.00 processing fee still applies.

Holiday Stay and Special Event Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations with less than a 14-day advance notice will be charged a minimum one night's stay.  In addition, all cancellations will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.

New Year's Holiday Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations with less than a 30-day notice will be charged a minimum of one night's stay and all cancellations will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.
